We do not let out single rooms
We do not let out single floors on weekends, peak and super peak periods
OFF PEAK
Lower Floor (3 bedrooms) ....RM 500 per night (Monday to Thursday only)
Upper Floor (2 bedrooms ..... RM 400 per night (Monday to Thursday only)
Whole bungalow
RM 800 per night (Monday to Thursday)
RM 900 per night (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
PEAK (Malaysian and Singapore school holidays,
extended weekends)
Only whole bungalow...............................RM 1000 per night
SUPER PEAK (Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year)
Only whole bungalow.............................. RM1400 per night
OCCUPANCY
NORMAL: 10 persons
ADDITIONAL: 4 persons @ RM 50 per person per night (single beds provided).
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in time 2 pm
Check out time 12 pm
SERVICES
We provide change of towels (2 per bathroom) and house
cleaning services for more than 2 days occupancy, and
change of bed linen for more than 4 days occupancy.
We will remove garbage daily if it is left outside the house for
disposal.
SECURITY Although the area is relatively crime free, we will
not accept responsibility for any loss of money or valuables
from the house or from vehicles parked on the premises
